Andy's Man Club are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. 

Andy's Man Club was set up to help men in need, and their mantra is "it's OK to talk"

The club meet every Monday evening (except bank holidays) and offer a safe space for Men to talk about their feelings, emotions and challenges, without judgement.

Andy's Man Club is open to men and people who identify as male. It is free to attend, and people even get a free brew and a biscuit.
