Our Recruitment Process

  1. We will shortlist any applications and contact anyone who is shortlisted within 3 working days

  2. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a multiple choice pre-interview task 

  3. Applicants who successfully complete the task will be invited for an interview

  4. A conditional offer will be made to those who are successful at interview

  5. The on-boarding process will begin once a conditional offer has been made. This includes verifying the candidate's identity and applying from criminal record checks (DBS) 

  6. All new employees will receive a full induction before fully undertaking their role
