Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with every purchase, but if not, we will endeavour to deal with any situations regarding dissatisfaction with our products, as quickly as possible.

To allow us to deal with your query quickly and effectively please keep all acknowledgement emails and quote your order number in all correspondence.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed will be refunded in full on receipt of any returned goods.  All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging.

We aim to process any refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 21 days.

Delivery

We work hard to ensure all deliveries arrive on time. We use Royal Mail as our trusted delivery partner to ensure you receive your parcel safely and swiftly.

Royal Mail deliver to all UK Mainland addresses.

However, please note we will not be able to deliver outside of the UK.

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland usually takes between 5-7 days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

Processing Times

Please Note – We are a small, local charity with limited resources so we have 2 set days a week, that we are able to process your orders, carefully package up and send out through Royal Mail.

We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible and we are working hard to minimise any delays. But please bear with us if there are any delays with receiving your goods.
