On this episode we are joined by Clive Parry, Director of ARC England.

ARC (Association for Real Change) supports knowledge development, improves practice and influences policy in health and social care for the benefit of people with learning disabilities or other support needs such as autism, mental health problems, sensory and physical disabilities.

They support organisations in a number of ways.

They bring together learning disability and autism providers to promote collaboration and together address the challenges of the sector at network meetings; to advance knowledge, practice and policy and make a real difference to peoples’ lives.

ARC are driven by their vision of people with learning disabilities or other support needs being at the heart of their services and communities..

In this episode Clive talks about what ARC is, the benefits of being a member of ARC, the qualifications that ARC can provide and the challenges that ARC members currently are facing. Clive also speaks about some of the projects that ARC have created, grown and been a part of.
