York St John University are looking for autistic adults to share their experiences of using a wellbeing toolkit. 

What's involved? 

• Receive one of two wellbeing card packs
  
  
• Use the cards in your own way, at your own pace, for two weeks
  
  
• Reflect on your experience using the provided guide
  
  
• Choose how to tell us about your experience - by email,a Microsoft Teams video or voice call or real-time online chat

Who can take part?

• Adults aged 18 and over with a formal, clinical diagnosis of autism
  
  
• Without a learning disability
  
  
• Without a formal ADHD diagnosis
  
  
• UK resident

Who has approved the study?

The study was reviewed and approved by the research ethics committee at York St John University.
