The meeting will start at 10:30am and end around 12pm 

Purpose of the meeting

The meeting is to update people on what the charity has been doing over the past year, what we plan to do in the coming year, and to report on our finances. 

It is an opportunity to meet some of the trustees and members of the senior management teams, find out more about what we are doing, and ask any questions or put forward comments or ideas on the direction of the charity. We also vote in our trustees during the meeting. 

Who is holding the meeting?

The meeting will be hosted by the chair of the board of trustees, and the senior management team will present their annual reports at the meeting. 

Who can attend? 

This is a public meeting, so anyone can attend.
